LEYENDAS: Stories From the Other Side

Step into a night of myths, magic, mystery, and Latin American folklore!

Leyendas is a vibrant cabaret-style showcase presented by Muy Muy Productions, bringing 12 unique acts to the stage, each inspired by a legendary story from across Latin America.

From the haunting tale of La Llorona and the tragic romance of El Callejón del Beso, to El Chupacabras, El Dorado, El Silbón, La Sayona, Curupira, La Ciguapa, and more, these legends come alive through music, dance, monologues, spoken word, and theatrical performance.

Some stories may make you laugh. Others may give you chills. Some may remind you of something your abuela once told you. And some you may be hearing for the very first time.

Created in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month and spooky season, Leyendas is a night to gather, celebrate the incredible diversity of Latin American storytelling, and keep the stories that have been passed down through generations alive.
