As a socially awkward teenage busboy searches for where he belongs, a once-celebrated hometown sports hero wrestles with an uncertain future, and a young waitress dreams of a life beyond the diner. Filled with humor, warmth, and memorable characters, My New Hampshire Diner explores first jobs, first loves, family, friendship, and the choices that shape our lives. Inspired by Adam Wade's own experiences growing up in New Hampshire, the play is a love letter to hometowns, the people who raise us, and the places that never really leave us.
